Applications must have all applicable fields completed and legible, with required supporting documentation attached to the application. Approved applications are valid for the current calendar year from the date of approval until the end of December. It is the responsibility of the property owner, trustee, and/or beneficiary to renew the registration annually prior to expiration of the current registration, and at the sale and/or transfer of the property. For commercial buildings, find the road that your building fronts on to determine your annual inspection fee. If you vacant building backs up to highway 99, your annual fee is $3,094.
