City of Modesto water customers in good standing have the opportunity to receive rebates for water conservation. These rebates are to help offset the cost of upgrading to higher efficiency models. Simply submit a completed application for a specific type of rebate along with the original sales receipt within 60 days of purchase.

Drip Irrigation Rebate Program
City of Modesto water customers may be eligible for a rebate when they convert their existing overhead spray system to Drip Irrigation or install a Drip Irrigation system in an existing garden bed.

High-Efficiency Clothes Washer Rebate
City of Modesto residential water customers in single and multi-family homes may be eligible for a rebate when they replace their old clothes washer with a new high efficiency clothes washer.

High-Efficiency Toilet Rebate
City of Modesto water customers in single and multi-family homes may be eligible for a rebate when they replace their old high water use toilets.

Turf Replacement Program
City of Modesto water customers may be eligible for a rebate when they replace their grass with polyethylene/nylon artificial turf products or any qualifying drought tolerant landscape products.
