Submitting Plans

To submit your plans with Fire Prevention you will need to fill out a fire permit application. Once you've filled out your application, you will email it to the Fire Prevention Division to receive a submittal link to upload plans. If you need to submit plans for architectural, civil, or tenant improvements please go to the building department's permitting website, eTRAKiT. 

Steps for submitting your plans

  1. Fill out Fire Permit Application (include building permit number if applicable).
  2. Email Fire Prevention your completed application.
  3. Once application is reviewed an upload link will be sent to applicant to upload plans and documents.

Operational Permit Applications

  1. Fill out the application for the desired operation. You can view all applications in the forms and documents section.
  2. Email Fire Prevention your completed application.
  3. Once the application is reviewed an invoice will be provided with the applicable charges to the email address given. 

Steps for submitting Waterflow Applications 

  1. Fill our the waterflow application (include the correct billing and contact information).
  2. Email Fire Prevention your completed application.
  3. Once your application is reviewed, an invoice for $203.00 will be emailed to the email address listed on the application which will be payable online
