Upon determination of indigency status the City of Modesto will rescind the filing of an itemization of unpaid parking violations with the Department of Motor Vehicles and waive all fees (one time only). The program allows payment of unpaid parking fines and fees to be paid off in monthly installments of twenty-five ($25.00) for amounts due that are three hundred dollars ($300.00) or less. However, all unpaid parking fines and fees must be paid off within 18 months.
