The City of Modesto Water Division offers a free service called a Water Audit, where a trained specialist will walk through your home with you to identify common sources of leaks and water wasting. Yes, drip irrigation systems are exempt from the watering schedule. Drip irrigation is permitted at any time with the use of a positive shutoff nozzle.
