United Way of Stanislaus County has released the Request for Application (RFA) for the Housing Assessment Team. The Housing Assessment Team will play an important role at the Outreach and Engagement Center (OEC). The OEC is the first step in the implementation of the Coordinate Entry System, and will be focused on improving access to housing, supportive services and community supports to those in need in our community. The Coordinate Entry System is a consistent, community wide process to match people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness to community resources that are the best fit for their situation.
Attached is the RFA, which provides additional background information on the Coordinated Entry System, the OEC, and the Housing Assessment team. Also included in the RFA is the scope of services outlined for the Housing Assessment Team, as well as information on how interested agencies can respond to the RFA.
The RFA is available for download on the United Way of Stanislaus County website: www.uwaystan.org/rfa Also available for download is document that lists questions and answers pertaining to this RFA; this document will be updated daily.
Questions regarding the RFA must be submitted in writing to Estrella Garcia at egarcia@uwaystan.org.
