Non-Modesto residents are also welcome to attend but there will be a $35.00 tuition cost for those living outside the city. The two fall classes will be held on:
• Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 10:00AM -12:00PM
• Tuesday, October 26, 2021 from 5:30PM - 7:30PM

Those attending and completing the class will be given a $5.00 coupon towards the purchase of a City of Modesto compost bin. The class objective is to make information available on backyard composting, waste reduction/minimization, waste efficient yard care and vermicomposting. With fall just beginning, this is an excellent opportunity to show people how to make compost from their garbage waste and grow amazing fruits, vegetables and flowers in their own garden.
