General Facility Information

• The Rental fee is $534.00 for a minimum of four (4) hours and each additional hour after that is $31.00. A refundable cleaning and damage is required and is equal to half the rent total.
• Maximum capacity for the auditorium with tables and chairs is 240
• Maximum capacity for the auditorium, assembly style is 514
• Maximum capacity for the large dining room is eighty-two (82)
• Maximum capacity for the large dining room, assembly style is 175
  • Twenty-six (26) sixty (60) inch round tables
  • Thirty (30) eight (8) foot rectangular tables
  • 350 chairs
• A commercial size kitchen is available.

Policies

Alcohol is not permitted. Dancing and amplified music is allowed. A walk-through is required with the Senior Citizen Center Coordinator. Please call Shannon - 209-341-2974 for an appointment.
