How do I create an online customer Bill Pay account?
  1. Visit the Bill Pay Customer Portal and click on Register Now link.
  2. Enter all required information and click on the Enroll button.
  3. The password you select will need to meet specific requirements and may not contain any symbols.

After you have successfully enrolled, you will need your Utility Billing account number to finish setting up your new online account.
