FORWARD TOGETHER
The Modesto Mayor and City Council recognize that trust is the foundation of a strong relationship between law enforcement and the community. Both national and local events, some with tragic outcomes, speak to the need for connecting with our community on how we would like to be policed. The Council believes that together we can build a strong resilient public safety environment.

With the goal of stronger relationships and greater trust, Mayor Zwahlen has launched the Forward Together initiative – a community engagement process to hear from the public, develop a shared understanding, and explore solutions to improve the safety of our community.

DUMP THE PUMP

Join Modesto Area Express (MAX) and Modesto Area Dial-A-Ride (MADAR) on Thursday, June 17, for Dump the Pump Day to combat climate change and seek healthier ways to travel! Dump the Pump Day will be a free ride day on MAX, MADAR, Stanislaus Regional Transit (StaRT), and Turlock Transit.

These transit providers encourage everyone in the community to select public transportation options instead of driving a car. MAX invites participating Dump the Pump riders to post photos of their Dump the Pump Day ride on the MAX Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter pages with #DumpThePump. ENSLEN T-BALL FIELD

We are excited construction has been completed on the new ADA accessible dugouts for the Enslen Park T-Ball Field. These new dugouts offer players a safe place to watch the game, cheer on their teammates and prepare for the next inning.
