Cannabis Applications & Permit Information

The Permit Application period for Retail Dispensary Commercial Cannabis Businesses for Phase One is now closed.

There is no filing deadline for Non-Retail Commercial Cannabis Permit Applications.

The Permit Application process occurs in two phases:

• Phase One is composed of a background check and a zoning clearance. 
• Phase Two is composed of all other permit requirements found in the Ordinance Number 3684-C.S. as approved by City Council on January 16, 2018. 

Phase One must be completed before continuing to Phase Two.
