Police - Response Times

Performance Measure

Percentage change In Priority 1 Response Times.

Being determined.

Analysis of Performance*

Identifies proper staffing levels for patrol. Ensures enough officers are available to respond to community calls for help in a timely manner.

Metric Definition*

Monthly comparison of response times identified as the time from call entry to officer on-scene.

The citizens of our city must have confidence when they call for an officer in an emergency, we will respond. If the department is not able to quickly respond to our community,  the feeling a safety and security will decrease.

Impact on Performance*

In order to reach these goals, new reporting standards and data cleaning will be required at SR911 and enough officers will have to be deployed in the field.
