City to Host Fourth Annual Festival Extravaganza

The City of Modesto Parks, Recreation and Neighborhoods Department’s Maddux Youth Center will host the Fourth Annual Festival Extravaganza at the Maddux Youth Center, located at 615 Sierra Drive, on Saturday, July 12, from noon to 4 p.m. The festival will feature a variety of cultural performances, including traditional dance, music entertainment and guest speakers. The program is free and open to all ages.
