    For three days, on September 8-10, guests can enjoy a variety of international foods, entertainment, a competitive course, children’s games – including family favorites bingo and the musical cake walk – in a safe and family-friendly environment. Foods include hamburgers, hotdogs, linguica and Italian sausages; Indian cuisine, Mexican foods and drinks, mouth-watering Filipino food, as well as favorites like ice cream floats, snow cones, popcorn and cotton candy. Adults will enjoy the Beer and Margarita stand, as well as the contemporary music and Latin dance competition.

  4. 23rd Annual Picnic at the POPS!

    September 9, 2017, 4:00 PM @ Gallo Winery Grounds

    The Modesto Symphony Orchestra (MSO) will present THE MUSIC OF THE ROLLING STONES at its 23rd Annual outdoor concert, Picnic at the Pops! The concert begins at 7:30pm and the winery grounds open early at 4:00pm – fireworks will begin immediately after the concert at approximately 10:00pm. In addition to a unique concert experience, Picnic at the Pops also serves as a successful fundraiser for MSO, and raises thousands of dollars to support music and educational outreach initiatives in the community. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket, pack a picnic and enjoy all that the space has to offer. Outside alcohol is prohibited; however, wine and assortment of beverages are available for purchase, with all proceeds benefiting MSO. O’Brien’s Market and Greens on 10th will be offering pre-ordered lunch options for those who choose not to bring a picnic.
