  1. Downtown Master Plan Design Charrette Opening Presentation

    September 30, 2019, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Greens on Tenth

    The City of Modesto will host a week-long Design Charrette as part of the Downtown Modesto Master Plan process from Monday September 30 through Friday October 4. All of the Design Charrette activities will take place at Greens on Tenth, 953 Tenth St. in downtown Modesto. The Design Charrette is open to the public and free to attend. There will be an opening presentation and exercise from 6:00-8:00pm on Monday, Open Studio hours in morning and afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to review design concepts, brown bag lunch discussions on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a Pinup/Pop Up from 6:00-7:30pm Wednesday where design concepts will be staged. The closing presentation will be from 4:30-6:00pm Friday. This is an interactive opportunity to take part in the downtown planning process. We hope you will participate in the events and activities.
