    October 23, 2019, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Tenth Street Plaza

This day is to educate citizens about the importance of all aspects of water: wastewater, drinking water, stormwater, pollution prevention, and our natural resources. We will be holding the 3rd grade art contest again this year and are working on a 5th grade essay contest as well through Modesto City Schools. The winners of each will be displayed at the event. The City’s Finance Department will also be available with information on the City’s water rate assistance programs.
