Percent change in water use, as compared to previous baseline year. The metric is evaluated monthly, and is one measure of the community's water use efficiency.  

Importance*


Percent change in water compared to the previous baseline year is a measure of the effectiveness of the City's water conservation programs over time and influences the City's ability to meet natural resources preservation and climate related goals. 

Impact on Performance*


Water Conservation provides programs and services to promote reduce water use. Weather, state policy, and local economic conditions are the other primary influences which have an impact on the water usage of the community.
